Austrian chocolatiers Zotter asked Soap&Skin (Anja Plaschg) to create her own chocolate, and she didn’t let them down.
Black cumin blends with a cream of white poppy seeds, white incense, and a dense red wine. In the centre, a pink beetroot ganache with pig’s blood. Blue cornflowers and black sesame rest on a blanket of dark chocolate, manufactured in the tradition of native Americans whose cocoa was very carefully processed and not heated.

If this didn’t have pig’s blood in it, I’d be all over it like a rash. Stupid vegetarianism. It sounds delicious.
